Here at KO-odds we aren’t just about offering the best odds. We like to give a bit back. Every 9 months we will be donating bags and other boxing equipment to boxing clubs from Less Developed Countries. Since we are in Vanuatu we will be starting with the Freswota (pronounced freshwater) Boxing Club, one of the oldest boxing clubs in Vanuatu.
Freswota Boxing club has produced many boxers that have gone onto represent Vanuatu at the South Pacific Games and other regional tournies as well as local professionals who make money on the burgeoning local boxing scene. Whilst Vanuatu is rich in food and listed as the happiest place on earth, the cash required to purchase boxing equipment is few and far between, so every little bit counts.
The Club shares space with a local church and are limited in their equipment. When KO-ODDS stopped in to take the below photo's the guys had 4 sets of glove and two sets of head gear.

KO-Odds will be taking a percentage of the profits of the site and using this money to purchase boxing bags, head gear and gloves for the club over the next 9 months. Also If you are coming to Vanuatu and wish to help out by bringing boxing equipment over, then contact us and we can assist in excess baggage and delivery of equipment.
Check back soon to see progress updates for the Bag for Bets program.
Cheers
The KO-Odds Team
If you know of a struggling boxing club in an LDC that could use a hand contact us and we will review them for our next Bags for Bets club.
